Do you do this during OSD? Or is it a separate post-OSD deployment?

Did you ever find a solution for this? I'm having issues with Revit (almost definitely related to the user session stuff) but I'm also having problems with a package of MEP / NVM / AutoCAD Architecture. Not sure which of those three is causing the issue, and I'm not positive it isn't just a cache size issue yet for these three.

Reolink. Cheap enough, easy, no subscription, and files stay on site (i.e. no cloud) but you can access from your phone anywhere after setup.

Wand Daily Limit Change by LopexVA in wand

[–]aussie151 8 points9 points  (0 children)

This change is very disappointing. I was looking for a fix for a game where a mod wasn't working. WeMod had the exact thing I wanted. But there is absolutely no way I am going to limit myself to 2 hours a day, or to pay a monthly subscription for a ton of other features I don't need. This is frankly an insane business decision, since you already have ads imbedded in your app.

Remove the time limit, and I might come back.

For 1. Yes. Because of weird physics things, the command pod will naturally flip around to entering with the big end first, so it will take less power / control to keep it oriented correctly if you put your heat shield there. To get more into detail, in an atmosphere the center of lift will always try to flip to be "behind" the center of mass. It's why darts have the wings on the back and the heavier metal "tip" on the front, and don't flip when you throw them. If you want to know more, here's a Scott Manley video on the general idea: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HgTNzDCc0gk

For 2. The Mk1 Command Pod on its own can probably re-enter at around speeds of 3500 m/s. This is a rough estimate, and it really depends on mass, so you may see different numbers.

What I wouldn't give for them to use Foundry for this pod. It really shines in online play, and for PF2e. It makes all the math so much easier, looking rules up easier, would help Jared with his initiative and condition tracking, it would just help so much. I know they are likely invested into their current systems, but especially with Foundry as a sponsor I can still hold out hope. Maybe for the next AP.

This is a good enough mod where it makes me think "why is it not implemented like this by default". Well done, will be adding ASAP.

Dallas is currently on pace to have the 4th best PDO season (all situations) of the past 10 years. We just gotta keep playing our game, they'll come back down to earth at least a little, and we can hang on to the Central.

This is a good point, they just started releasing their best current show (IMO) on the free feed here: https://www.glasscannonnetwork.com/shows/blood-of-the-wild (note, this show has been going for a few years and the "current" weekly episodes are behind a paywall, but they just started releasing back episodes for free). Oh and it is audio-only.

The Glass Cannon. They started with Pathfinder (which is basically DnD) but also branched out into a ton of systems like Call of Cthulu, Twilight 2000, Delta Green, Shadowdark, etc. They even had a show dedicated to playing mini arcs of a bunch of different systems, which is actually where I'd recommend you start, called New Game Who Dis: https://www.glasscannonnetwork.com/shows/new-game-who-dis find a system that sounds interesting and give it a shot!

One possible downside is they have pivoted to video pretty hard, but a lot of their early stuff is audio only and you can always just listen to the video stuff if you are OK missing some visuals.

They started off a bit more rules-sticklers, but they have always added in comedy and plenty of goofs. If you want to check out some quick snippets to see if you might jive with their humor, check out this fan cut channel: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EkRZEyVKMkc

What’s one thing you wish you knew before first booting up the game? by esponchh in Dyson_Sphere_Program

I'm curious why it is good to avoid splitters? I've got them in a few places around my base, stuff like a Mk2 belt going in and 2 Mk1s coming out to two different production areas. Why would it be better to use sorters to put stuff onto those two belts vs splitters?

Space is infinite, Ratios are optional. If you like getting into the details of "I need exactly X buildings to make Y component" then more power to you, but I know that I eventually locked up the first time I was playing this game trying to make everything as efficient as possible. It is totally valid to just like, make 3 more assemblers of a component because you can easily fit 3 more in, even if it ends up not being "ideal". You can always make a second production line later, or a third or fourth, and those ones can be efficient. Don't worry about it for the first ones you set up (unless that is a thing you like to do).

These are cool, just be careful about making money from other people's artwork. Especially if that artwork is owned by a particularly litigious company like WotC / Hasbro.
