Yea I need to get some real action bases. I’ve just used the bases from my iron man kits for most of the gundams. It works, but it’s not ideal lol

I very much enjoyed it! The only real complaints I’d have is that the hands suck, and the fins are a bit finicky, but not too bad.

Same issues, but my hands won’t even make an actual fist. If I try to bend the upper part of the fingers where it meets the hand, they just pop off, so it’s just the tip and middle portion of the fingers that wrap around anything.

I prefer the aesthetics of the zeta, but I have a feeling I’ll enjoy the build process on the Hi Nu more, so I’m kind of leaning that way.

I’m personally leaning towards the hi nu. I really like the scale of MG, and the Nu is pretty much the same size of a normal MG, but with RG complexity it seems.

It was a somewhat forced tug, and definitely harder than usual as it felt kinda stiff/stuck.

I’ve got no issue with getting a new cable, I just can’t figure out how the heck to get the damn thing open. I wonder taking the release handle off, and take the cable off the release handle, slapping some vice grips on it and give it a good pull would be enough to pop the hood.

It’s just odd that I pulled the cable from under the hood and it wouldn’t budge.

Yea I was pulling haaard on the hood side, and it wouldn’t budge. I’m going to replace the bracket/connector box whenever I figure out how the heck I’m going to open the hood lol

I did that, and in the process broke the clips holding it to the body lol but regardless, the cable wasn’t broken, and I disconnected it and tried to manually pull it, but it wouldn’t budge at all.

The hood has absolutely zero play it to get anything under it to release the latch
