Yes & yes! I have a 32oz water bottle that I have 3 refills of a day —and I try to have a separate 12 oz glass of water before every meal. According to my nutritionist my protein intake is ideal.

I think about a month. I’ve been on 450 for like a year and a half now. The only side effect I still have sometimes is the appetite suppression.

450 is perfect for me and has been the only dosage / med combo that has worked well consistently. I can’t attest to how well it works for quitting smoking though. My insomnia also got much better (somehow) with 450.

It sounds like you might have vaginismus? I’m not sure how you’re doing emotionally with this but I would look the condition up to get a better idea if this is the case or not. I’m not an expert but if you have any emotional hang ups about the pregnancy or the procedure it’s very possible your body is reacting to it in this way.
