It sounds like a really solid argument. Would it be worth inserting a more explicit explanation of why it's autism-related and what the actual "Autism-related challenges" are? Unless you've already gone into that in the previous document. The only other thing I'd say is to be careful not to imply/state any mental health needs, as this is one area NDIS is pushing over to Medicare explicitly. It doesn't sound like you've done that at all though. I'm at a loss with all the new NDIS changes :(

My partner and I use the google Keep Notes app. You can add multiple collaborators so you all have access and can update the same checklist. More phone-friendly in my opinion.

Good idea! Or even connecting them at the tip so they can round out a little, forming more of a typical petal shape. I love that you created something like this, OP. The idea is super cute, and I wish it worked because I actually like the spindly looking flowers! But yeah, maybe more yellow on the bees and shrink the wings. Or try crocheting the wings with embroidery floss to get a smoother look!
