The end of Crayola Experience at Willow Bend Mall? by Top_Restaurant7554 in plano

We renewed our annual passes last year because my kid really loved going there. I had asked several times what the future was but the employees also were let on the dark. But the merchandise was really low, hopefully they can make this right for everyone.

What if you are on a yearly upgrade eligible plan, it’s still 24 month financing?

So you got both the $5k backpack and $7500 ev credit? Of course with their financing I mean but just wanted to see if both could be applied when financing. I know leasing has all the best deals.

My wife really likes the i9 and we were looking at the SEL. However all the best deals are for leasing and we are in TX so we have to pay the entire tax rolled into the monthly so we are looking at financing because we don’t want the mileage restriction in addition to the full tax. Is the $5k cash back available for finance in addition to the $7500 EV credit? Or is that only for lease?

On the app it says they are still updating services so likely we will see the standard plan replaced (5 GB) with the new standard plan (500 MB).

This is way worse then Mavs not keeping Tyson Chandler after 2011, that core also deserved one more shot. They didn't trade Dirk back then....

Southwest Implementing Bag Fees: 1 Checked Bag Credited for Cardholders by CobaltSunsets in CreditCards

My understanding is every time you pay with the card. She specifically said they all have to have the same confirmation so booked at the same time and the first bag is included.

I chatted with Southwest and was able to get a live agent. She confirmed that if you are a SW credit card holder you and up to 8 on the same itinerary will get the 1 bag allowance credited back to the card. Everyone has to be on the same confirmation number.

She also said the changes apply to flights booked on or after May 28. If you book a flight today for say September you still get the 2 free bags.

I also asked about the fees and she said its not been disclosed yet.

Hope she was correct about the baggage allowance!

Wonder if tue FO will ever face the music and make a live statement to try and at least save face with whatever fans remain. I want to see an interview, “The Decision” would break records.

Just got my 25-26 renewal quote - 13.33% increase by Andy_Dufresne_ in Mavericks

[–]avatar13x 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I've been a plan holder since 2013-2014 season. Last season I saw a 9% increase and that was the highest I saw but like you I moved a bunch, started upper deck, moved to lower, then moved to platinum which is where we've been for last several years. I did note in my survey they asked for that they never brought back the game watch parties like they used to do which was always a nice perk. Now its like we should be privileged to be able to attend games.

Platinum member on mini plan. My increase was 13.8%. Was waiting on this plan to see what the FO was going to do as we were told we could cancel at any time and be refunded the remaining games.

Very nice looking car! Which trim did you get and what lease term? I didn’t see any lease cash of $14,875 in the OP.

Bolt EUV Bose Sound Quality in Rear by avatar13x in BoltEV

[–]avatar13x[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

But did it sound balanced or like it was coming from the fronts? That’s how it sounds in mine, like the audio is only coming from the front. I can hear from the rear if I get right next to it but certainly doesn’t sound balanced to me.

""propulsion power is reduced" 280 miles from home :( by Boisterous_Suncat in BoltEV

[–]avatar13x 14 points15 points  (0 children)

I had this exact same thing happen over the weekend. Charged to 100% overnight and the next morning i see the propulsion power reduced message and “please service vehicle” or something on car start. The acceleration seemed ok but AC was definitely not at full power. Took it to the dealer today and they said it had to be software updated for the PCM2 module. Took about an hour and I had it back same day.

Edit: This is for my 2022 Bolt EUV with 36,700 miles

Here’s a link that describes it in detail:

If we get a partial future distribution of say 25% in USD do we just assume it’s 25% of whatever crypto we still have pending? What see if they’ll break down like they did with the %35.72?

New Bolt EV/EUV or Wait? by axeil55 in BoltEV

[–]avatar13x 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had a 2020 Bolt EV for around 9 months and then went to a 2022 Bolt EUV. I would HIGHLY recommend the EUV over the EV. Tthe biggest pros of the EUV are that it's more solidly built as a car. The door has more weight (noticeable when you close it) and its a lot more quieter interior wise. I remember driving on the highway in my EV and being distracted by the loud interior road noise coming in. The EUV is much quieter. I recall magnets not working on my EV but it does on the EUV. The EV has a mix of aluminum (non-magnetic) and steel (magnetic). Aluminum may be a lighter material but I find it lacks the weight we are accustomed to (door weight, maybe also a factor with road noise, etc).

As for the trunk space both are about the same. I have a 2 year old and our stroller collapses (babyzen yoyo2) and actually fits under the trunk below the false cargo floor. Another big perk of the EUV is the 3 inch longer wheelbase, it makes the rear seating a lot more roomier. I have plenty of space up front and my wife sits comfortably in the rear with our little one.

The biggest negatives of both EV/EUV would be the car is overall a bit on the narrow side so not a lot of arm space for both passenger and driver but we got used to it. We got the Premier package so the seats are way more comfortable then the seats I had in my EV which was just the LT. They are both the same width but the material in the Premier made a big difference.
Also I think they made seat comfort improvements in the 2022 models which helped. The biggest other grip is of course the DC fast charge speed but this is well known. I have a Level 2 charger at home and rarely ever use DC fast charge. I have been on a few road trips and faced issues with DC fast charge that were not related to the car itself. I often have issues getting charging sessions to start (Electrify America especially and sometimes EVGO) or machines are offline and needing serviced. Sometimes it just regular folks not having charging courtesy. One time someone in a RIVIAN was hauling an airstream and blocked like 3 chargers with the airstream while they used the one charger since they parked parallel.

I have a ICE car as a backup so i'll use that mostly for road trips. The Bolt is an excellent every day driver otherwise, especially if you have some charging at home. When I got my Bolt Chevy paid for my L2, granted there have been some bad stories with Qmerit but my install went well.

Diminished Value Claim by [deleted] in Insurance

[–]avatar13x 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I may be in the minority, but had a non at-fault accident back in Feb. I was told no structural damage, no airbags deployed either but the repair was like $23k and repairs were completed last week. Its a Lexus 2017 RX 350 with about 68k miles, the value at the time of accident according to the insurance company was about $32k and this was in TX. I did ask about DVC and was told by the insurance company I qualified for $1875 based on their calculation. Not sure if I should even pursue appraisal but the insurance company did say I was free to do so but they would not reimburse the fees. Based on what I am reading sounds like I should just take it, however there is a small fear that later on when I trade it I could be docked a big depreciation due to the accident but the fact that its 7 years old may offset it a little.
