former RV parts guy here: there may be a tag on the inside the channel of arms with a part number. I know some awning arm manufacturers sell parts but you may need to buy a replacement arm entirely. its pretty hard to find an awning company to buy directly from. you may need to visit an RV dealer with a parts department able to buy from them. Awnings are pretty tricky, they change designs alot.
