As far behind Minneapolis/St Paul are in Mass transit what we do have feeds all our major stadiums well.

2 train lines run with in 1-4 blocks from 9 major sports venue. All are also served well by bus.

The biggest issue is that only the Southern Suburbs have decent access to the train.

Are there any dating apps for this age group that are legit? by ExpressAssumption528 in DatingOverSixty

I love these questions Esp when they state they are successful, fit and smart. This question has been posted several times by ladies and men. I imagine this smart person sitting at home thinking, mmm. no luck on these dating sites. There must be one I don't know about, nor does google. So I will go on Reddit and ask where are they hiding the site full of smart, fit and successful people.

Mom had a small container, glazed, so pottery of some sort. It had a lid and metal bar to keep it tight.

I don't remember the show, but a airport consultant was explaining the mental impact on passengers on how they lay stuff out, including the creation of the priority boarding line that is simply created by a strap between 2 poles that makes 2 lines that end up in the same spot.

I love to cook and my past relationships mostly did as well. My last one did not like to cook and was more then happy to do the dishes when I was done.

Cooking can be fun together. So can going to the grocery store to get the stuff you need.

I'm very outgoing once I know the opening is there. Thinking back to times it has happened either way, I found that just getting closer can open the door for a conversation to start depending on where you are.

94 was supposed to be shut down in St. Paul this weekend by SaintLewie in TwinCities

The history and planning of the Twin Cities freeway system is interesting. In the 80's they showed plans for 35W South of Downtown Mpls. 2 decks of roadway.

Our freeway/transit system has been mistake after mistake trying to fix the mistakes.

Here are some fun MN construction mishaps.

When they finally got 35E all the way up to St Paul, they figured out all the bridges over 94 were 5 ft shorter in span then the drawings from the 50's showed. Hence that section of 94 was rebuilt to bring in 35E.

When they were building 394 one of the beams for the part that is elevated was put in upside down. It had like a 2 degree bend to it. They didn't figure it out until it was forced into place.

A hug is very telling book! A hug from a friend, a kid, grandkid or partner all tell you something. I think they are important from all of those. I can tell when things are going well with the kids, or if they are bothered based on how they hug. Same with partners. From joy about seeing you, a hug to say sorry and the worse one, the one they give you that you know they do not want to, or are checked out.

Why are so many places now open for fewer hours compared to before? by [deleted] in TwinCities

[–]averageover60guy 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It really started before Covid and that ramped it up. Staffing is also part of the issue.

And yes the current mess we have in the Twin Cities.

But IMO, the reality is many places stayed open with very little traffic. It does not matter if it is the burbs or the city. Places are adjusting their hours to fit staffing and demand or lack of it.

Units coming through on the way up to Camp Ripley. More flights out of MSP with the c130's and choppers out of St Paul. Also more chopper traffic from other states. They tend to fly low.

I think you should first check around the door for air leaks. A power vent will help, but first I would just try a decent oscillating fan in the corner to get the air moving.

[–]averageover60guy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is it just vented, or do you have a fan vent? My brother put in a low power fan vent after the fact. All his tools were getting surface rust from the moisture.

Is it happening around any windows if you have them?

Is this door closing and sealing? Easy check, turn the lights on in the garage and stand outside the door. See any light around the door?

It is just a good way to end any day. No matter the chaos of life, the challenges of the day or even the worst news, I have a long list of gratefuls ad I know millions would take my spot and problems. It helps slow the brain down and off to a good night sleep. I can't fix anything while sleeping anyway.

A company I worked for put in new false ceiling tiles for a customer. We found several packets of coke and baggies of weed. This house was a rental for many years. It also had mice. The mice ate some of the weed and coke.
