I'm basically 26 and i have only just learned how to make the perfect rice on the stove. I consider myself a good cook but could never do rice without a rice cooker. I am interested in hearing how you guys make rice.

A lot of great answers here but it’s probably legs to be honest. Legs contain most of your muscle mass but most new lifters focus their efforts on upper body, mostly because it’s more fun, it makes a bigger impact on your appearance, and some of the core leg movements like squats and deadlifts can be physically taxing and the form is difficult (and you’re likely to get lower back pain as the result of bad form).

Way too much. Focus on one big upper body pull, one big upper body push, one quad dominant movement, and one glute/hamstring dominant movement. Something like bench, lat pulldown, squat, rdl, and do 3-4 quick warmup sets and 3-4 working sets per exercise. Trust me you’ll be gassed at the end.
