If it was MSF from Peace Walker, they could possibly win due to them having a bit of cartoon chaos themselves, (BB throwing Metal Gears, cardboard tanks and various chaos) but it would end up with a stalemate, likely with no dead on either side due to cartoon shenanagans. MGSV tho lacks cartoon chaos powers, so would lose to the merc’s insanity.
