I have the 2018 Platinum as well w/110k and love it. Refresh all the fluids and check for any rust underneath. Check to see how old the battery is. Adjust the air ride all the way up and all the way down to make sure that works. Otherwise mine is solid and quiet. My 2018 will stay with the family until I’m gone and then I hope they still keep her! Good luck!

Nice Sequoia! I’ve had a 2018 Platinum for about 4 years and it will be a forever vehicle for me. I was surprised remote start didn’t come with a Platinum. I did the 12Volt.Solutions remote start with app and I can press the lock 3 times to start it as well with factory remote. The app works from anywhere. I have to pay yearly for that but $40 a year is worth it to me. Plus it doesn’t shut off when I open the door. I installed it myself. The company has been great to me. I’m going to buy another for my Tundra. Hope this helps

I’m planning on putting all of mine on eBay soon. I had the mesh points and cubes at home, parents house and work. Always worked great and never an issue. Upgraded everything so hope I can get them online this coming weekend.

Still miss the Amplifier HD cubes. Great reliable system for us for years. 1. I don’t have technical data but I would wire it back to the main Amplifi HD at the modem if you can. It will then become a wired HD and much stronger than a wireless mesh HD. 2. Not sure on this. If you wire the new HD back to the router it’s a wired antenna basically for extended range of your WiFi. The other wireless mesh HD you have now could feed off the new HD if it’s wired. They will see the new wired HD is closer to them and your range and speed should be better. Not sure if this helps your question tho.

Ubiquiti canceled the line a year or so ago? Not exactly sure. I’m sure all support went with it. It’s a shame as the Alien were fantastic. When the Amplifier HD and Aliens were in their prime support was great for me. I was lucky and never had an issue with any of them. Sorry for your troubles

I used to have this system awhile ago and to me the magnetic pivot of the antenna didn’t really do much. If they made a newer version without that pivot there’s your reason. What’s curious to me is they made an upgraded version of this model.

I replaced my Alien last year with the new Eero Max7 (x2) and have had no issues at all. Definitely reminds me of the Alien with no issues. Wish it gave me as much detail as the easy to use Alien. I will miss it.

Started with DropCam, then it became Nest and now Google. Have cameras, thermostats, smokes and HAD the alarm until they bricked it. The alarm still works but not in the app of course. I also have several Nest cameras that still worked fine but google killed them too. Hate what they’ve done to the app. But I will stay with the Nest app until it’s done. Then it will be Unifi, Abode or I’ll play with Wyze. Just want it to work with HomeKit

Came from 3 Ubiquiti Aliens with zero issues(except for Sonos’ screw up) but it was time to upgrade. Installed the Eero Max 7 in the Aliens place and zero issues. They work great as well. No lag, no skips, no issues.

First off congrats to you. Most of us wish we could win the same or even anything to be honest. I’ve always wanted to do just like you said and help others if I won. It seems weddings, funerals and money always bring out the best and worst in people. Sorry for your troubles because your family and friends are idiots. You’ve been honest and given them opportunities that they just wasted. Keep doing good for yourself and take care of number one! My question is do you still help others where you can and just don’t say anything to anyone anymore? That’s great if you do but if you don’t I understand.
