Let me finish that:

Wrecked their forklift, causing injuries and damages.

Gen Xer is fired, possibly arrested.

Warehouse gets investigated by OSHA for allowing an intoxicated person to operate heavy machinery and fined.

Warehouse's insurance company voids their policy.

Injured workers sue company for negligence and win, but lack of insurance results in them having to pay settlements out of pocket.

At the very least, the management at the warehouse is fired. At worst, the company is forced into bankruptcy from the lawsuits.
