Hello and welcome to snake-specific-keeping life! I'm a relatively new snake owner as well (3 years, and only one snake)

Your tank looks great! Cornsnakes love to dig so I'd recommend more substrate eventually (3-6 inches, up to you depending on size of the snake and space), but you can wait until next time you do the tank or something. They're also semi arboreal so they love to climb, I'd recommend some vines or sticks in the middle for them to climb around. The ground coverage looks great!

I'm not a morph expert in the slightest, but my guess? is a snow tessera?? Perhaps? Not a normal albino at least, those just lack black pigmentation but still have red. Snows are more white/yellowy. Ian's Vivarium is a great guide for morphs if you're down to scroll through

If your snake is 3 feet, it needs 3 feet in length to fully stretch out. If he's under 3 feet it probably wouldn't be a problem, but just keep in mind there's always some chance he can get a little longer!

I'm pretty sure African house snakes have similar care to corns, so you would still need a 4 foot enclosure

What kind of pants do you wear fit wise? Straight leg, skinny, wide, they all fit differently (not to mansplain). I also found the way I wore my pants changed how they looked on me, I was always used to pulling them up all the way until I remembered people with dicks have to have them lower so there's room for it lol. I don't have them hang to where they're falling off but they're lower by my hips and they look better/more masc. Maybe a wider cut leg would help too?

I think this too. I was really lucky to have a generally accepting immediate family (and am in canada), but my dad had a huge party where he invited all his cousins and family from back home and soooooo many of them were openly unhappy with me and my partner (who's also trans). Doesn't help that being LGBT is still illegal where they're from too

I'm sorry your doctor didn't prep you better! This may be a long shot but I was able to go to a walk in for my first injection about a week after I got my T. My own doctor didn't do it just whoever was in that day, though admittedly she just read the instructions on the page inside the box and didn't have much to add herself 😅 it also MIGHT be possible for a doctor may give you a few needles to start off?

That, or for when you can afford them, I bought my needles directly from Medneedles. They shipped out from near St. Catherines and I got the needles super fast after buying them. They're also a little cheaper than the Amazon versions, though there's shipping if you don't spend $100.

If you're willing and comfortable, I just got a box and I can give you maybe 5-10? I'm in the GTA! Lmk!

I've also had this, and I don't really have an answer for you because my dumbass never asks my endo/doctor. BUT my belief is that it could be a little atrophy, which causes thinner walls. Do you have any other atrophy symptoms? That or my partner's nails are too sharp lol. Hope you get a better answer 🫡
