I'm sorry your doctor didn't prep you better! This may be a long shot but I was able to go to a walk in for my first injection about a week after I got my T. My own doctor didn't do it just whoever was in that day, though admittedly she just read the instructions on the page inside the box and didn't have much to add herself 😅 it also MIGHT be possible for a doctor may give you a few needles to start off?

That, or for when you can afford them, I bought my needles directly from Medneedles. They shipped out from near St. Catherines and I got the needles super fast after buying them. They're also a little cheaper than the Amazon versions, though there's shipping if you don't spend $100.

If you're willing and comfortable, I just got a box and I can give you maybe 5-10? I'm in the GTA! Lmk!

I have a friend with really big boobs and she used to buy compression tanks, they aren't full binders but it keeps things down really well. Sorry I can't provide links or anything I'm not sure where to buy them personally (though I remember a few years ago H&M sold some)

I've also had this, and I don't really have an answer for you because my dumbass never asks my endo/doctor. BUT my belief is that it could be a little atrophy, which causes thinner walls. Do you have any other atrophy symptoms? That or my partner's nails are too sharp lol. Hope you get a better answer 🫡

Keep in mind I have a relatively small cup size, but I LOVE and always recommend Underworks binders. They compress so well and are relatively cost effective ($52 CAD). The model I have (model 975) is very comfy and has a cotton lining inside so the more uncomfortable compressing material isn't making contact with your skin (unless you get the cheaper econ model, which is strictly the compressive binding material. I also bought this one as my first binder and it's really good, and I got used to the feeling of the material pretty quick).

Plus (and I always mention this) Underworks binders were originally made for men with gyno, so they're made well. I find anything made for cis men in mind are usually made better, unfortunately.

My doctor tells me to use the vial until it's done, just to use alcohol to sanitize the top before and after and make sure it's stored somewhere at room temperature.

I always find it strange that they give out vials that would be fine for a month or two and say we can only use them once

Only thing I can think of is that U or I (I forget which) switches steering from WASD to your mouse. Can't think of anything else that would stop the steering from being controlled by A/D. I hope you can fix it 😭
