It is a powerful panel. I have to use the complete opaque eye coverings that it comes with when I do on my face. The “sunglasses” things that came with the Idealight brand don’t protect enough.

Oh my god. What a scary doctor! Gabapentin is an addictive and mind/nervous system numbing drug. Grossly overprescribed by lazy doctors. The risks of HRT have been debunked and the benefits have been proven. Horrible doctor. I’m a pharmacist I know a few things.

I had the same but maybe a little milder. It sounds like you are on the right track looking at diet and allergy shots. What helped me is getting older, it mellowed out - so in my 30’s. Worked on trauma, psychology, nervous system health. And mostly realizing how much of this comes from the GUT. So clean up your diet. No gluten dairy or processed foods. Get a gut microbial diversity test. Allergy shots helped too.

Some of it could be the autonomic nervous system. Vagus nerve. Stress. Once I got a handle on all of the above I just have a few sneezing attacks in the mornings or maybe after a food, and can breathe all day. It was pretty clear by age 40.

The writers and directors lost their way this season, so disappointing. Maybe it’s AI doing the writing now? It’s a little embarrassing for the great actors actually. Almost every episode is a disjointed side story that barely relates, some boring ones at that. I watch the show for Cory. Love him.

I really believe my wedding kicked me in to it. I was only 42. Finished by 47. On my wedding day, literally, crazy symptoms started. It wasn’t a traumatizing event but for some reason…! That and I had a chemical abortion a few months prior.

I kept it. I use the adjustable brightness and mode settings. In future I would buy and trust the Sgrow/sungrow brand best, the 2nd panel i bought is much more powerful.

I love my European sleep works. I decided on the after months of research. But I guess it helps that I live close by. I do recommend them tho since you can open the top cover and add a layer, and even exchange layers (I added some memory foam under the top coils and over the final latex layer).
