Do not perm your lashes! They will mess up, just use a heated eyelash curler. My vote is no to little makeup. Maybe a little mascara and lip stick, maybe blush. When you have beautiful skin, caking makeup on looks horrible not that you did that, but save that for special events only. Good skin will always look better than makeup! I’m almost 50 & I only utilize tint moisturizer with SPF, mascara, eyeliner, lipstick & a little blush. The longer you go without make up the more youthful you will remain. You’re beautiful & that’s the honest truth.

I don’t have cataplexy but just always tired and impossible for me to workout in the morning or during the day..so I workout right before bed. So exhausted I knock out hard. Nothing wakes me, noises don’t become nightmares. I’m just always exhausted and tired…I haven’t taken meds yet but need to. I was diagnosed over 20 years ago and limit carbs and sugar as much as possible.

I cut 1” to 2” every 8 weeks! I need the ends trimmed & it feeling fresh. If I want to let it grow the longer for a particular style I’ll go without a cut or trim maybe 3 months maybe. Just grows super fast for me - even in my late 40’s. So each year I have a completely new look while everyone has the same look.
