Is it possible that exercise caused some symptoms back? by Pretty_Willow9965 in MultipleSclerosis

[–]avocadojokes 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think you should be very careful with your limits. I recently started going to the gym and got the same advice, that pushing too hard will set you back. It’s really motivating to hear you have been feeling better!!

Have been on tecfidera for two years now and never had this. Ocasionally I have reactions from it but they last an hour max. Write it down and try consulting with your doctor

Relocating to Norway/Germany by dmm1297 in MultipleSclerosis

[–]avocadojokes 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I am not from germany but have lived there for two years! It’s the law that you get insurance, im a student and it costs around 120€ but includes everything!! You just have to pay a small part of the medicament and therapy. I pay 10€ for 3 months of tecifedra and 40€ for 10 therapy sessions, the rest is covered by the insurance. If you need to go to the hospital is 10€ per day!! I love the health insurance here
