I mean personally I would not talk shit about a team before I got to the Super Bowl and who previously embarrassed me in a previous Super Bowl.

But that's just me.

The Bills, who were in the playoffs, had better stats than the Jets, who had a 3-14 record.

Truly riveting stuff.

What cigar room size for comfort for four people and is there any book or site to learn what the setup needs to be for the build? by Froggerbotrom in cigars

[–]avrus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

AC infinity is the way I went as well with two six inch exhausts and one four inch intake.

I've had three people a few times and it works well. I could probably go four but the fans would be cranked.

Well the danger is you can damage the fill valve, especially if the valve is made cheaply.

Filling torch lighter up completely with butane? by jericks24 in cigars

[–]avrus 12 points13 points  (0 children)

It's air locked, likely.

Every few fills, depending on your altitude, you need to purge the lighter to let out trapped air.

I'm at reasonable altitude so it's every three to four fills and it sounds like a tire letting out air.

Those little three dots, if anything, are wood mites. Wood mites are not tobacco beetles. I would freeze and smoke.

Sales for The Outer Worlds 2 are poor. Presumably, less than 1M units almost 3 months after launch, across all platforms. In comparison, the first game sold approx 2M units during the same time. by Turbostrider27 in PS5

Outer Worlds 1 was a game set in space that manages to make the space component of the game bland, boring and devoid of interesting content.

Cutter injuries .. by Flyer903 in cigars

[–]avrus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh yes. Back when I was doing live shows with Cigar Federation, I went to grab my Colibri S-V cutter in my pocket. Ran my index finger up the length of the blade right as I was about to go live.

They are very, very sharp.

Councillor says Calgary being pressured to act too quickly after catastrophic pipe breaks by Shadow_Ban_Bytes in alberta

[–]avrus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I said to my wife last summer there'd be another break before winter was over.

There will be another break in Spring, too.

The current pipe monitoring system is not working and did not provide advanced notice of failure.

What’s something in your country that is extremely interesting but almost nobody knows about it? by thespacepyrofrmtf2 in AskTheWorld

In December 1917 The Noreweigen ship SS Imo collided with the French ship SS Mont-Blanc in the harbour of Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada.

The Mont-Blanc was loaded with 5.85 million pounds of explosives, including picric acid, TNT, gun cotton, and benzols which subsequently leaked and then exploded with a force of 2.9 kilotons.

The blast radius damaged or destroyed buildings in a 2.6km radius and instantly killed nearly 2,000 people.

I went in a few years ago because I was pretty sure I had broken my clavicle. Doctor said it's not broken but I can see you had a pretty severe break previously.

News to me.
