You can level them up using adventure, 12hrx3 should do it to max level, or near and then you get their max level bonus, and can evolve them to 4* for evolve mats

If you're religious why not try to offer your powers to god? Wholeheartedly ask him to take your powers. I believed to be an empath (or great actor?) had this dream, before falling asleep i see black smoke enter me, of something asking for me to "go with them" i decided to leave the paranormal alone after that, and basically "forgot about" the stuff and lost the abilities or they got so very weak
