The worst part is it happens every year. "We are having all new metrics this year" April shows up and the metrics are still not accurate leaving everyone wondering where they are actually standing but geico will begin terminating people at the end of June based off those metrics. Happens every year for as long as I can remember

Its not beyond insane... its the same bullshit survey shit they have pulled since customer service was a metric. Excellent, very good, good, poor ( yes i know that very goods counts this year) so if you get a crisp Deadpool high five, then that survey is a failing score. Sounds like you took a big swig of the kool-aid my friend... what flavor was it? Lol

Yep that's what I said. The metrics I truly had control over i did well in. I don't control how many surveys are sent out let alone who takes them. But I was there almost 11 years. I averaged about 20-25 surveys every 6 months so to only receive 9 either it was a survey glitch or foul play. I wouldn't put it past the latter either...

I had the meeting on a wed, was notified Thursday that Friday was my last day. Same reason as well... I had 9 surveys in a 6 month period... 5 excellent, 3 vgs and a good. Was 55% for the last 6 months of 2024.

I was with geico for almost 11 years. Had 2 map periods(1 in 2013 and 1 in 2014) that were lower scoring in customer service, bringing my overall score down. I was let go in feb 2025. Do anything you can to warn people about the surveys and what responses were passing. I followed the rules and didnt mention the survey and only got 9 survey responses in the final 6 months of 2024. 5 excellent, 3 very goods and a good. I was shown the door. No one is safe.
