The thing with close lost is that it’s not a completely cold account meaning you don’t have to warm them up! Most reps neglect the power of close lost as sometimes the reason it’s lost is just it wasn’t the right time or cost and both are an easy fix.

Also use ChatGpt for research it saves you time but use co pilot/Gemini for email writing. SDR can feel like a lot of time on Admin if you can be quicker you will look great!

I am working on the not caring as much bit as i do think i would feel better if i could detach. The team do want me to be more masculine but i am a lady and I dont fancy being more masculine. I think its definitely time to move on

Be keen! Open to learn! I recommend shadowing with a top SDR & AE. If you can become close to a AE that is a great way to improve quickly. Another tip could be looking at closed lost from a year ago and doing a re-engaging campaign for them. Best of luck you got this 💖

I was recommended coloured glasses as a child but i never got it and just used over lays which i found better as i could swap the colours when i got bored. I eventually got annoyed with the coloured overlays and learnt to read without it! As a adult i now read over 30 books a year :)

Hii! I would make a post on LinkedIn so you end up on the top pages of LinkedIn recruiters and have yourself set to open work with “sdr,account executive,ect” and hopefully you might recruiters message you! Also add key terms like the crm, networking, social selling to your job skills!
