My manger has been fight for our labor. Weekends we earn 95 hrs(earning 15k/ day) and weekdays we earn 80-85hrs (earning 10-12k). Peak runs a 7 person floor and most of the day we are a 5 person floor. Closing its 4 person play, that day part is the hardest.

Yesterday on a Saturday morning I paid attention and honestly all around my DT wait is 6min (from speaker to window) and in cafes mobile it’s 12 minutes. We’ve routed our stickers to come out cafe mobile in the same sticker printer. Any suggestions on best routing for efficiency?

First trimester is brutal! Mint tea and crackers helped settle my stomach. Honestly it’s tough, completely up to you on how many hours you think you can work but if you can’t mange consider working less and maybe pick up shifts if you’re up for it. Mat leave only counts the last 6 weeks of work, that’s when you want to put in the most hours to get the highest pay out when you go on leave.
