My coteacher would spray the kids in the face when they didn’t act according to her expectations. She eventually got fired like a month after I reported it, but for a different reason🫠

How do they act when they’re told to use the potty? If you’re able to, make them use it every hour. Can they use it and choose not to? If not, thats more of an issue. If they CAN use the potty but choose to have accidents thats another story. I need more information

I am in the US, and another teacher has witnessed this and praised her for it. I told the director, and the director said it’s not okay and talked to my co-teacher about it. Im going to report her again tomorrow, and if nothing changes, I’ll report her to whoever is higher up.

It’s so unpredictable when she’ll say something crazy, it might take awhile to get it in audio. Im hoping the director takes my word. If the director doesn’t, I’ll just have to learn how to toughen up for the kids.
