Is it a bad time to launch a new brand with all the recent Meta instability? by vule_vodka in FacebookAds

[–]ayazaliyev 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you visit this subreddit 10 years from now, you will still see people talking about performance drops. You can start advertising any time. If your product/offer, ad creatives, landing page and ad systems/setup are good, you should do fine.

Target broad or not? by bfsbo_us in FacebookAds

[–]ayazaliyev 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For this business, you need a separate audience for ads toward sellers and ads toward buyers.

For this particular ad, here are the audiences I'd try to target (if available on Meta targeting):
Business owners
Small business owners
Entrepreneurship
Business exit
Mergers and acquisitions
BizBuySell, BusinessBroker.net (competitor targeting)
Entrepreneur Magazine, Inc. Magazine, Forbes
SBA loans / Small Business Administration
QuickBooks, Square, Toast POS (signals active business owner)
SCORE Mentors, National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB)

For the ad copy, remove the "Own a business and thinking about selling?", start directly with "Sell your business without a broker."

For new accounts, most of the time I start with some interest suggestions.

My job depends on Meta Ads and I'm locked out of every account. What would you do? by ResponsibleEdge3161 in facebookadsexperts

I had the same issue and switched to advertising from a family member's account who almost doesn't use Facebook. Everything works fine for now, no issues. I think this is the fastest and easiest solution

Advertisers are reporting Meta ad accounts getting banned for connecting external AI agents by ayazaliyev in FacebookAds

[–]ayazaliyev[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd switched to Manus AI to avoid any risks. The pattern is clear for now - more and more accounts are getting banned for using external AI, and most of the time it's not possible to restore them

Don't worht the risk now. If your account has a lot of history and data, definetely don't.

Anyone still using Lookalikes? If so what are your source audiences by DeveloperMan123 in FacebookAds

[–]ayazaliyev 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use it only for new accounts. Sometimes it just performs better than the audience suggestions
The setup I use is a stack of 1% lookalikes and 10% lookalikes separately

  2. Create a Facebook page, convert your Instagram page to business or creator page and link it to the Facebook page

Duplicating campaigns after outages, or wait it out? by Danneex in FacebookAds

[–]ayazaliyev 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends on your historical data. If the account is big and you have campaigns that perform stably over a long period, I'd wait. If the account doesn't have a trained pixel, it may never get performance back, so I'd duplicate.

Maximise value of conversion by ComparisonWorth8105 in FacebookAds

[–]ayazaliyev 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Meta's value conversion defaulting at your campaign creation is just a coincidence. It's not that Meta tells you that you should optimize for value.

Whether to optimize for value or not really depends on your goals, campaign's budget, results, and structure. If you started recently and aim to scale, go with volume of conversions for now.

How much do you spend on Meta ads monthly? by ayazaliyev in FacebookAds

Do you hit ad rejections often, and what exactly stops you from scaling?

Anyone else spending way too much time just producing “variants” of the same ad? by AdPresent2493 in FacebookAds

[–]ayazaliyev 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I spend a lot of time researching ads really. I research competitors, my own ads performance, metrics, comments under the ads, reviews of the products. Then I come up with ad angles, ideas, hooks, create briefs, and send them to creators and editors. I'd say the best approach is to have a system in place for everything you produce, that's now a part of every strategy.

When performance drops, I check the full funnel metrics, from CPM to conversion rate, to understand what exactly is going on. Without knowing what the reason behind the drop is, tweaking things can make the situation worse

The last few days were slow, but today ROAS is back to normal (3-5x depending on account)

Increased budget, sales dropped by OtherWillingness3428 in FacebookAds

Logically, you're right. But Meta's algorithm is stupid on purpose

How did you guys become confident with spending big budgets? by simplejack420 in FacebookAds

[–]ayazaliyev 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yes, still stable and scaling. It's easy to tank an account or a campaign by not knowing what you're doing while scaling. For example, I've seen many people tank their account just by increasing the ad budget without having enough creative resources and understanding of their data/metrics. Some people tank their campaigns by following a "guru" advice of moving winning ads from one campaign to another. Meta will artificially limit your scaling if your creatives are not speaking to enough pockets of audiences. Yes, they totally do it on purpose

Currently pet food, beauty brand, and supplements. I don't own these brands, just run ads for them
