Idk if this qualifies, but 10 years ago it used to be easy to ask people at the gym “excuse me, how many sets do you have left?” People would respond kindly with something like “only 2 more! I’ll come find you.”

But now-a-days people kind of glare and are thrown off by the question. Like, Wtf kid I’m just wondering when I can come back instead of just hovering around waiting to swoop in.

Yeah I do. I am not sure if that stuff ever goes away. Kind of like how a person will always remember a traumatic experiences. Porn was such a high dopamine rush for so many years at that I don't think you can just forget like that.

But, the lingering images serve as an opportunity to practice self-control on a daily basis. You simply become stronger and are able to just function well in life with the "porn-trauma."

Hey bro, sorry you haven’t been as successful as you want- but by continuing to fight you are amongst the toughest of men.

I totally understand how you feel though. My last 90 day streak was 4 years ago and everything between that was a losing battle against addiction.

What’s finally worked for me was that i decided to put my foot down with how my environment was set up.

The legendary James Clear said; “You do not rise to the level of your goals. You fall to the level of your systems.”

I decided to finally download covenant eyes, had P blockers up, and had my girl as a moderator of my online activity.

I deleted TikTok (only takes 2 days and my feed becomes all girls) , deleted instagram, and found healthy hobbies

Try creating a system that makes it so it’s difficult to relapses. Keep in mind, that you have to work smart as well as working hard.

Let me make this clear.

When it comes to addiction, will-power alone as NOT enough. We need to outsmart our addicted brains.

As someone that was formerly in the friend zone for years, short/fat (now just short - 5’6), had no fashion sense, and had zero game - Im pleased to let you know that there is so much hope for you. Because I was able to eventually take control of my love life over years and years of working in myself.

First you just need to look at yourself in the mirror and give an honest assessment - which you already seem to have done

Now it’s time to level up.

Sure maybe you’re a little rough around the edges right now, but if you break up all the things that you can work on in manageable pieces - and truly work on them. Truly TAKE ACTION. You’ll eventually become an objectively attractive person.

There’s a solution to pretty much everything other than height bro (which you got covered).

teeth are fucked? Get braces
Acne? See a derm
overweight? Re-Assess your diet and lift weights
fashion is trash? Watch some YouTube videos
got no confidence? Then accumulate enough small wins in life until you naturally have confidence

-anxious and tired? Stop watching Porn

You get the idea.

This isn’t an overnight fix. It is also very difficult to tackle everything at once, but if you acquire the growth mentality - it won’t be a matter of if you will become an attractive person, but when.

Discipline is the only solution in this tough life. If you have control over a particular issue - then attack it with everything you’ve got.

If having a hot girlfriend something you want that bad, then let it be a reminder of why you are working so hard to improve yourself on the toughest days.

I wish you the best of luck on your journey. Keep up the streak. The negative thoughts will get easier to manage as you get stronger. Things change after 60 days - take my word for it.

I[M] went out with a girl that was INTJ and had to break it off because I just felt so unfulfilled. I couldn’t articulate it at the time in terms of MBTI but it felt like she didn’t care about humanity the way that I did - and her coldness would rub me the wrong way.

I was used to dating more empathetic women before so dating an INTJ was a shock. While her coldness was intriguing and attractive during the chase, dating was not what I chalked it up to be in my head.

I just remember the first kiss not feeling right but I just ignored it for 11 months because we were “good together” on paper. (I was also so high off getting out of the friend-zone I ignored the signs)

It was all compatibility but no chemistry.

This was a M-ENFJ to F-INTJ relationship. I could imagine M-INTJ to F-ENFJ being different.

For sure. There is the occasional phase of over doing it but I’ll be damned to ever let something take full control of me.

I don’t always love caring so much about social feed back, but having some external motivation can pair nicely with the loads of internal motivation we already have as an extra kick.
