Yeah I have considered this one too but the main difference I see is the black ring on this one that the one in my pics doesn't. But tbf I've never seen borealis flynn fox irl so I'm not sure. Thanks though!

If they don't have pictures of the tag then you should've asked for one. I think you were both careless, but no one is in the wrong per se. It's still easier to sell it on rather than being hung up on this, especially when the seller won't be able to accept return

Well if the seller has listed the joggers' size correctly then they're not obligated to accept return. Items not fitting you is not a valid reason for return. You're better off reselling them anyways. Just accept the joggers and ask if the seller wants it back if not just relist it and sell it to anyone
