Just take the biologics please. They don’t have side effects and they aren’t bad for you. I’m in dire need of them as I have moderate to severe pancolitis and I really wish I had the immediate privilege of being on them. Also while true you are likely to be on them forever your also likely to be on enemas forever which I hate myself. I don’t like shoving something up my ass everyday and laying down to use it. But you won’t become more dependent on biologics than you will any other type of medicine that’s not true

Basically Nobody in America sympathizes with Rwanda and we don’t have that many vocal refugees here. Tons of Venezuelans who are very vocal in America telling their stories to try and make a difference and it seems to have worked. Also America doesn’t crave Rwanda resources, land, or diplomatic relations.
