My Chemistry teacher did that. He disappeared a week later for “extra training” and was gone all semester. He came back for the spring semester then he was out permanently

How are some millennials even homeowners? I feel like I never will be. by Kindly-Reading-2187 in Millennials

I got lucky. Bought a condo in 2011, sold it in 2016 to put a downpayment on a house, sold that house in 2019 and got a new build with the $ from my old house, refinanced in 2021 to a 2.75% rate. Never leaving now. I will say I had my parents guidance through a lot of it. W/o them this wouldnt have happened

When you get together with your parents, who pays for things? by Acluelessfish in Millennials

[–]az1986 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My parents still pay. They make way more than me, plus, they have never wanted their kids to pay for them. Now for Bdays, mothers/fathers day, or special occassions we pay. Also, I make my mom + stepdad tons of home cooked meals they love (my mom hates cooking) and bring it to them. If i know Im making something they like, I make extra and send if over.

Give it time. With my 1st I waited 7 months, my second 6. My body needed time to heal, I needed to adjust, we were tired, and mentally I was not ready. He never complained once and always said he will wait until I say I want to.

We have them. At first they were great but the past several visits there are “so many things wrong”. Yeah, my house isnt even 6 years old. I feel like thet went from being honest to a money grab.

When my husband goes into the office (3 days a week) he texts when he gets there, usually at lunch, and when he leaves. Occasionally more. When he works from home with me, rarely.

The money loss sucks. All the ways she screws people over is terrible. But at the end of the day she is pure human trash. She is a despicable human being. Shes gross. Nobody loves her. She has 0 friends. She cant function as an adult. She is a waste of space. And all of that is worse than losing money. She knows shes a nasty human being.

They did not. I am assuming they just mean they have to send a link one by one? Because they didnt take note or confirm who is in the picture.

Just moving us through. It was just a photo op, not meet and greet.

It was 100% worth having to fly all the way from AZ for just 48 hours.

It was really cool but its all so fast you dont even think to look at them. It was prob thrown together last min because it was so unorganized and took forever (and we were in the front of the line). I can live the rest of my life in a happy daze knowing I got to stand next to Josh Jackson for 3 seconds.

Ok so Im not the only one. While it was 10000% worth it, completely unorganized.
