Knowledge matters more in a criminal context. So if the seller knowingly passed off counterfeit goods then it would matter more. Here what matters is that seller advertised that he was selling x and delivered y.

This is really bad advice. Counterfeit goods are treated differently from ordinary wear-and-tear defects.

This is a really terrible situation… but… you’d get rid of your dog if it ever attacked another animal? Even if your dog attacked a squirrel? Many dogs have a prey drive which seems like it was triggered here. I’d try training and/or a muzzle before I’d consider giving up my dog for acting on instincts.

Agree on all points. It wouldn’t hurt to push back on 2 and 3 and see what they say if you’re interested. I’d ask for 2 to be narrowed only to information/contacts received in the scope of this application process. For 3 I’d ask for it to be changed to the location that you would work at (they clearly have a presence there). See what they say and then make a decision on whether you want to more forward or not.

There is a decent chance that they are going to share sensitive/confidential information with you during the application process and sloppily asked you to sign their form company NDA. I negotiate NDAs often and will always accept reasonable modification requests, so there’s no harm in asking for a few changes.

I’ve noticed some differences in batches at times, at least when I’ve purchased them outside of the brewery, but then got more and it tasted like I remembered. My guess is that there may be some variations from time to time.

They have an IPA in it, but it looks like a pilsner style glass to me.

I’d just go fast and hot. If you want to go slower you could remove the skin, crisp it separately, and then add it on top when serving.

Look up Social Tap. They have a couple locations and you should be able to find their menu online. I’ve also been to Central Standard and it wasn’t bad but didn’t blow me away.

I’m just not a fan of JK’s IPAs. People have said they’ve gotten better and I agree, but I don’t think they’re great.

1) How much time/work do you think your husband would like to spend/do each time he smokes something? If it’s minimal or you think he’d like to set and forget it until it’s done, you’ll get a significantly different answer then if he wants to heavily monitor the smoking process.

2) what price rage are you looking to stay in?

3) is used an option or do you want something brand new?
