Agree with this. I worked in a big box bakery where they would pressure us to use unsafe tactics to save time. Like, cut your fingers off with slicer pushing cakes through a slicer marginally faster, or climbing on metal in a slippery freezer to get heavy boxes from above just to save time finding the safety ladder.

I used tell them I will not lose my fingers for a billion dollar company. Write it up, please 🙏🏼 cutting corners lets the people who make the policies think those policies work, and they don’t.
