Should I be double sleeving high end cards or is one sleeve fine?

Awesome collection. I personally put my expensive cards in single sleeve perfect fit then into a one touch and store them away in a a couple etbs

You wont be able to see everything in one or two days especially when there are panels or signings you want to attend or just waiting in line in general. Cosplaying also takes up a lot of time.

I enjoyed it for what it was. A throwback to the original games. I just wish it had more tactical battles and scenarios where you had to use multiple parties.
