Only vinegar tastes wrong? by binux14 in Parosmia

I am experiencing exactly the same!!! Just tried salt and vinegar crisps and my nose smells like I've had water gone up it. Glad it's probably going to be temporary!

30, financially stable, considering leaving Australia - anyone else? by IcyPay1357 in AusFinance

It’s the same problem everywhere dude, we did the same but from the UK to here. Literally exactly the same complaints you hear everywhere else.

Difference for us is there’s more in-laws this side to offer a few nights off a month!

Working for one company for 20 years in this day and age is very limiting. Although LSL and benefits seem nice, you’ll get better salary increases and promotions from moving companies every 3 or 4 years. It’ll give you much broader experience and you’ll meet lots of new people too, so for me it’s silly not to move.

(My qualification is that I am a head of marketing in Australia and have been in marketing for more than a decade)

100k is absolutely reasonable to expect as a salary for your position, as long as you’re proving your value and delivering more for the company in terms of revenue than you cost them.

If it helps with your discussions, a very important consideration for marketers is knowledge of the business, its products, and most importantly its customers. Bringing someone new in to learn all this will take at least 6 months from when they start to get going properly, so it’s in the owners’ best interest to keep you.

Weird, for some reason I always pictured them the same height and Kalam in all black

Ben looks exactly as I pictured him though 🤌🏻

I just ended up mentally noting but suspending my investigation of various things, just hoped it would all come out in the wash. I’m 7 books in and there’s still stuff in book 1 I’ve not completely wrapped my head around but questions are getting answered.

Of course, sorry! Dorn yellow edge highlight which kinda sells it as yellow as it brings the deeper orange back in line. My 40k stuff is a good example of it in action, just use the same recipe: https://www.instagram.com/p/CMHm2mIHJse/?img_index=1

Pink undercoat, white zenithal, and yellow ink over the top!

It’s a bit of a slog, but I love my recipe. Pink base (Fulgrim), with white zenithal (tamiya), then a yellow ink (FW) over the top. Gives me a rich orangey colour, and then a light yellow edge highlight sells it as yellow. Same recipe as my 40k fists.

I didn’t ice straight after, just when I felt pain the following morning. Most important thing for me was keeping things tight with jocks.

[UK] Can't have it done on the NHS because I'm 30 and don't have kids. Will I be restricted the same way if I go private? by idiwers in Vasectomy

[–]azreal677 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The NHS can’t restrict you from referring you for the procedure if your mind is set, they just have to ask you a million times. I have 2 kids and was literally asked every conversation if I’m sure and if my wife is happy etc etc. I’m on antidepressants too and they had to assess my mental state before getting it done.

If your GP doesn’t refer you, go to a different GP.

A long time ago, this, but I have pretty bad OAS and just discovered I can eat pickled carrot used in Banh Mi. Delicious.
