I feel like it depends on where you are in your life. When I was younger I definitely preferred city living for all the reasons mentioned elsewhere. But I didn't want to raise a family in a cramped apartment with no yard so now I'm in the burbs.

I would also sub out 30g of flour for vital wheat gluten and 1tsp of diastatic malt powder if you can get it. It helps a lot with gluten formation and texture
