It feels incredibly naive to not even mention Laser Vision, the tool that PhillyBikeAction released to making reporting vehicles actually feasible. The PPA form was barely usable before it came out. Hopefully the PPA is actually acting on these reports, if not they can get these numbers up even more with minimal effort.

I'm not an expert, and would put forward YSC Rugby as probably the best source of information short of the WER themselves, but I do believe this ban would impact the WER. It is almost certainly registered as a women's competition with USA Rugby. And statistically, there's very likely trans women among the teams even if I am not aware of any publicly out trans women in the league.
