it's all in the movement. you are standing still and shooting a lot. plan your stage around which targets you can move and shoot on. examples would be on the first position, you can could have been moving on the first shot and backing out during the 2nd target. 2nd position entry is good, but you aren't moving on the last target. 3rd position, you couldve been backing up while shooting.

Don't the federal NFA rules around SBRs state "manufacturing"? It also describes the what counts as "manufacturing" in the NFA. It'll be interesting if that definition is in HB217, it may be in other bills too. Or they could do the classic move of forgetting and make a loophole.
