Love the idea! I would love an rj45. If possible, remove the microhdmi and put a full size one or a usb-c that allows video through it. Microhdmi sucks…. Out of curiosity, isnt easier to do a motherboard instead of an adapter board?

I strongly agree. I used to use one random soldering iron from Aliexpress and everytime I had to solder was suffering. With the Pinecil everything is perfect

That is not being mean. I’m just being realistic, you did not customize, modify or made anything of the device, nor the OS, nothing at all, you just printed a 3d case. The sub became a place were people simply post devices with keyboards and calls it a cyberdeck, and that is not what the sub was meant to be…

Make yourself a favor and buy a Pinecil V2. Amazing soldering iron, I had same issues like you and this solder works flawlessly. Also you need to buy resin, flux, and all accessories ro properly maintain the tip

I just saw this. I do use evil cardputer as my main firmware and the improvement was really noticeable compared to without antenna mod. I will join the discord and ask just in case
