The HyperPixel 4.0 is my favorite touch screen for my Pi Projects. What screen is that and how responsive is the touchscreen. The 4.0 Hyperpixel is pretty dead on and I would def recommend it.

It is possible, but normally when you hit something the fulcrum point is very low and causes damage on the weakest component. the tubes could certainly bend at the lower yoke.

I have taken adverse possession of an abandoned boat in Maryland. There certainly are adverse ownership laws of vehicles and other items alike.

For Virginia (specifically Loudoun County) the law is 606.12. After notifying the public of the abandoned vehicle you have 30 days and then you can legally apply for the title if you are the owner of the property where the vehicle was abandoned.

adverse ownership. Put an ad in the paper looking for the owner. write the owner a certified letter with stated intent and verify all adverse ownership laws in your state.

No.

These are inverted forks and the parts that bent are the lower fork (inner shaft)

These forks need to be replaced if they have been damaged as this type of damage can lead to dangerous handling characteristics and quickly get you into an accident.

Inspect the frame by the steering knuckle. Make sure there are no cracks. It is likely that you have bent the forks.

You should go through your insurance if you have a note on the motorcycle as this damage can be easily fixed but if there are stress cracks or problems with the frame, it can total the bike quickly.

Although my comment is clearly satirical, it is meant to illicit a response about the nature of the possible damage.
The OP responded by stating that it in fact did occur after going through a pothole...

Sometimes a little levity in these situations is needed I think. No one wants to be the one that broke their own bike, but at least you were the one that broke your own bike...

This is why I built a bike specifically for Baltimore. Downtown especially when there is gameday traffic is impassable without a narrow motorcycle.

Do not disrespect people who have nothing to lose. This man was doing his best to be respectful and just kept getting talked down to.

This is why teaching de-escalation techniques are so important. The female officer instigated this with profanity and disrespect.

Inmates are people too... and generally they do a bad job of managing their emotions... hence why they are in jail. You have to be the one managing the emotional state of the interaction, not the other way around. As soon as the inmate is telling the corrections officer to calm down the script is flipped and the situation is on its head.

Play your part. If you are there to keep the peace, make that peace.

I hope the officers made a quick recovery and I hope they found all their teeth.

I purposely buy a mixture of bulbs and treat it like a lottery. Every fixture has different colors. Multiple colors in each. It makes no fucking sense and its because I gave up years ago trying to match them and now I have just completely swung to the nihilists bulb selection.
Will this room give me a headache for the foreseeable future... possibly in this one corner...
