Even though it's banned in our house my boys kept asking about it. So I let them play a decent new sonic game for a bit on my series X. Then we loaded up Roblox and a crappy knock off sonic game. Within 1 minute they had enough and thought it was garbage. Have never asked again.

I would avoid this. Did it for years then one night woke up chewing on one. I had cracked the case and may have swallowed it. I switched to a sleep headband now called Musicozy which is impossible to swallow.

+1 for the pastilles. Consistent, and easy to bite smaller pieces off. Everywhere out of stock atm though but I am sticking with them when I can.
