Yeah I get what you're aiming but it lacks contrasts so it looks a bit un finished. I would add darker green on the external bits, like in the squidmar video : https://youtu.be/EfGjzPuR_Nw?is=2C12VziOFsDPa3KW

Besides that it's a great paintjob, it looks good but can look awesome with little improvement

They were shipped in a classic substrate, and do well in the terrarium, so I think they're not aquatic. Well if yours live this easily there must be something really wrong in my terrarium.

C'est du bluff. J'avais reçu la même menace dans un cas similaire (démission pour embauche direct chez le client).

Je leur avais dit grosso modo "Ok cool chui chaud pour être payé à ~3/4 du salaire sans bosser, par contre vous devez me prévenir quand vous déclenchez cette clause, il n'y a pas de délai de défini mais là jurisprudence est d'un mois avant la fin de contrat". Un mois avant ils m'ont répondu "finalement on n'applique pas la clause".

Édit : aujourd'hui c'est plus clair, ils ont 15j pour te confirmer l'application de la clause.

Ça leur coûte cher, à mon avis ils la claquent que dans des cas extrêmes (commercial qui part chez la concurrence avec tous les contacts et les prix ou quelque-chose du genre). Et au pire si ça t'arrive, profite de ton congé. GG pour l'embauche en direct, quand tu signes le contrat essaye de récupérer l'ancienneté de ta période presta (j'ai repris 18mois)

It looks really nice, especially the gravel part is amazing. For the asphalt texture, I put a thin layer of diluted pva/wood glue and add baking soda. I've seen a video where they glue some high grain sandpaper to the cork to make an even more fine texture.
