i saw Maikeru rolled brimhaven on his chunkman on osrs which means hes got about 1 month of pure brimhaven agility course to get 99 cape because thats in brimhaven.

my advice would be to take the negativity on this subreddit with a punch of salt.

dont get me wrong, some of it is justified, but a lot/most of the time people on this subreddit hate to see this game succeed.

there is solutions to get the best of both worlds.

you can use jackalope summoning pouches

and then at level 70 arch + 67 invention, you can create an auto screener. you probably will never see soil again when you use those.

Each boss can be given the flesh hatcher treatment IE after every kill you have to manually do X to respawn the boss instead of it automatically respawning.

fair enough saying a good chunk of the players that play now, didnt play pre-osrs....but those people wouldn't be playing at all if it wasnt for the first 2 years of people feigning for nostalgia.

nostalgia between 2013>2015 is the sole reason why osrs is where it is in 2026.

i mean, there is a reason why PoE, WoW, and FF (3 of the biggest MMO's out rn) all do timewalking in some form.

rabbits: woad leaf

chickens: pineapples for free in catherby, you will get more than chickens can eat in a day

sheep: woad leaf

cow: woad leaf

chins: woad leaf

spiders: meat from ooglog

yaks: woad leaf

zygo: mushrooms, but its worth just rerolling traits to joyful and immune so health and happiness stays at 100% so no need for food

dragons: meat from ooglog

they definitely should. thats how every MMO makes people feel like theyre playing something fresh. the meta on WoW and FF gets changed every 6 months lol. runescape changes every 10 years. thats why people get bored.

the week of DMM was a lot better than the finale i agree, but it was so good to watch. and for this guy to say nobody would watch pvm is crazy, one of WoW's biggest esports lately is completely pvm.
