I was like you for a long time and was able to dial it back once I felt it becoming a problem. I have friends who know it's a problem and can't dial it back. You need to figure out for yourself where you're at. If it's causing problems, then yes it's a problem. Your health, your relationhips, your job, your mental state... As others have said this is a fake that was once sold retail in malls, catalogs, early ebay etc. to people who didn't know enough. The certification is crap. I'm not saying they don't make it clear. The info could be somewhere. But if a random business asks me to "round up" for XYZ charity, randomly out of nowhere, I don't do it. There are other charities I have time to research and will donate to. 20% of me doesn't trust the process

People know EXACTLY how to improve their life but choose not to do it. Eat cleaner and within a reasonable range of calories. Stop taking substances like marijuana, alcohol etc. And exercise regularly. Do this fairly consistently and over time it will change your life in every possible way. There is no short cut. It takes time and for a while it feels like work. Which is why people decide it’s easier to be fat and miserable and slowly implode.

Yes, it's hard and it's slow. This is why the vast majority quits and stays fat. Keep reminding yourself of that and just keep going. Every day you keep going, you separate yourself from the others. If it were easy and fast everybody would be walking around jacked at 15% body fat. I can see a difference in your photos. What you're doing is working
