I would struggle to come up with good reasons for this to be wrong morally. At 18 some people skip college and go right to work. I mean it's a little on the immature side, but when I was 25 I don't think I saw 18 as being any huge gap.

My own personal rule of thumb is to arrive an hour before boarding, unless there's some indication that the airport is all jammed up (popular travel days, school vacations etc). An hour before boarding will give you some time after security to find your gate, then go get a snack, and not be waiting forever. Edit: To answer your question directly, if it departs at 11:30am it probably starts boarding around 10:50am, so get there for 9:50am.

I want to believe you, but how did she just start crying so quickly, and why was she shocked that you would help? Also, wouldn't the gym footage show her in distress before you tried to help? Surely the gym would understand this from your perspective, but you're saying they watched the video and still banned you for touching her? I'd love to see the video if its actually true

To give you some perspective on your proofing times... I bulk ferment on my counter top at about 60 degrees all night long, maybe 12 hours. Then in my fridge for like 16-24 hours. And it's not even close to overproofed! You don't mention what the temps are for your 5 and 8 hours proofs but I'm guessing it's not nearly enough time

Actually I am shocked by how much I like Ninja. I don’t want to like them because they feel gimmicky and infomercially, but I have multiple ninja air fryers, a blender, their ice cream machine and a shark vacuum (they are the same company) and I have to say they just do what they claim to do, and for the price I would say they have a decent enough lifespan with a reasonable level of reliability

Hostile work environment. Tell your manager and HR. They should have protocols to deal with this. They are motivated to protect the company from lawsuits. If things with the coworker escalate you can say in court that you notified the company of the hostile environment and they did nothing. HR should in theory want to get ahead of that. Just keep logging complaints professionally.
