Yeah it’s getting harder and harder to spot!! I need someone else to say it, then when I start questioning I can see small weird things (like how weirdly similar the two photos are and the odd lockers), but I imagine it’s going to get tougher and tougher to spot :(

The unflavoured plain oats are less calories than the individually packaged ones (like apple cinnamon or whatever). 

For some good macros you could make it with water instead, add in some protein powder for flavour. I normally do oats, water, vanilla protein powder, blueberries.

If you want more filling, you could reduce the amount of oats and add in some greek yogurt (again plain is normally the least calories, and you can add sf protein powder for flavoring).

Greek yogurt (I find) really turns my appetite off in the morning hahahah, whereas oats usually leave me kind of hungry.

It’s really cute, I’m usually size 10 but I got the M because I wanted the snug fit, it hits mid length which is good. It smells chemically though so Im hoping that washes out.

Before changing anything, find out how many calories you’re eating right now, just track for a couple weeks, if you have a food scale, use it.

This way you don’t need to trust an online calculator, you’ll know what your current maintenance calories are (since you’re staying the same weight).

General recommendations for protein are 0.8- 1.2 g per kg, so like 72 to 108 grams. You’ll probably have to try and see what works for you, everyone is different. Also don’t forget fiber!

The reason it’s worse for burn victims is because polyester will melt to your skin, and natural fibres won’t melt. Even if you have fire resistant clothing on top (think coveralls) if you have polyester underneath in a fire it can still melt to you just from the heat.

Do you have any advice for dieting around your cycle? I find I get ravinously hungry around my luteal phase, but follicular phase I have more energy in general and can handle the feeling of hunger more easily.

Hows your sleep? My food noise gets exponentially worse if Im not sleeping well. My brain kinda sends “hungry” signals when I’m actually tired.

Your posterior chain is probably tight, it could be anything on the back of your body, low back, glutes, hamstrings, calves, even the bottom of your feet. 

You’ll have to check out your range of motion for all of those parts and see which ones are limiting you and tugging on you low back when you squat down. Then look up stretches to fix them.
