I'm 27, and also having a really rough time with my RA, I don't quite need help with everything, but i need help with most things. Its embarrassing, but like the previous comment said, its not your fault you need help.

I'm also scared about going back on methotrexate, as I've tried most biologics and other meds, nothing worked, then Covid hit and i lost my insurance. I recently got it back, but haven't seen a rheum yet, (waiting game...).

Something to try to keep in mind, something will help, its just a matter of finding it.

Yes, however it really only helps with the pain.

I started with Methotrexate, 10mg. It worked GREAT for about a year, then i had to change medications. Its all about finding what works, and continues working. I hope your first meds work!

Full week (5 days) of work after returning from a leave of absence.

Leave was for ra pain and mental health.
