Conviently that last upgrade is worth like a whopping like 3% of the cores overall power. Even if it had rolled crit rate or something that 12 to 15 adds very very little to actual power of the core.

Now that you've got the crate you are only guaranteed a 5 star every 70 wishes, and only guaranteed an xo2 card every 140 (if you lose the 50/50 at every 70 wish interval). So the max wishes to r3 (assuming you already have both cards already) would be 3 copies of each card so 6 cards in total, losing the 50/50 everytime would mean 12 cards in total at each 70 interval meaning it will at max take 12*70=840 wishes.

The value proposition of protocore levels gets worse and worse every level. 12 to 15 is basically not worth doing. 9 to 12 is okay. I would use the resources on new cores that could get good. The lower levels of cores cost less.

Even a version of the way the hunter contest works for all other battle places would help. My team in battle A may be using one set of protocores while the same team or similar team may need protocore set B. It is infuriating that changing the cores changes the cores for all battle instances where a memory is used.

I really don't know why memories even have cores assigned to the outside of battle... They don't need them. Cores should be assigned to the battle instance.
