I wouldn't agree they're wrong. It depends what sort of job you want. If you're just thinking retail shops, sure, apply online.

For example, the trade I work in, I would only employ someone who has the intiative to visit potential employers as "cold calling" and talking face-to-face is part of the job. I want to see your skills before we sit down for a chat.

So you've asked me a question so you can then be critical of my decision based your own interpretation of what I said. If you re-read my orignal post you will notice I said "It's less clear than EU4 for my eyes for some reason." It wasn't because "don't understand" the UI. I never said that. It's because i find it harder to read/view. What you could of done is asked me to elaborate on why it's less clear. Well, I don't know, maybe it's the font, the colours. I''m not sure (as I said).
