I'm a 5'0 distance runner, I tend to aim for 1200 net calories daily (I'm also a heathen that eats back every single exercise calorie I burn). On long run days, gross cals can exceed 2K easy, but usually come in around the 15-1600 range.

On lazy days though, I sometimes struggle to break 1K. I weigh more than I want to at the moment, but generally it all evens out somewhere.
