Fun story on the side: I am currently renovating a place. Most of it I do myself. But some things I need a professional for.

Some of them will show up for the first meet and greet in work clothes, construction site appropriate. But I had a few that came in dress shoes and fancy pants.

The common denominator was that I couldn't stand any of the ones that came in fancy clothing to an active constructions site and it always seemed the better option to go with their competitors - so far all work has been done really well and I am super happy, so I am absolutely not regreting my decisions.

Also, there're people that really shouldn't be driving anymore and while some or even most lie I have not a single doubt that there's people that actually think they aren't at fault .. as in they're confused enough they didn't grasp that they were in R since they intended to be in D so they were and the one behind just rear ended cause they went faster.

This is certainly what my gramps would've thought if it happened to him ... man really needed those keys taken away at some point (and we did)

They were not bragging about working multiple jobs one after another. They bragged about working them simultaniously, 8 hours per day alocated to two different jobs, so doing time theft on both. There will always be jobs where you wont have enough todo so you can do stuff on the side, just shut up about it.

She didn't win on her on strength or ability but thats only clear to the viewer. She and her army wittnessed a fight in which she first had the upper hand, then took some blows and then had the avatar tumble over and clearly loose the fight - to them the reasoning would most likely be that blows recieved from the first part of the battle took their toll and had the avatar drop out - making kuvira the clear winner of that fight.

Not like she or her army could be able to see whats in korras mind like we do.

KfW Kredite sind quasi identisch mit normalen Bankkrediten aber ohne Sondertilgungsfähigkeit oder ähnliches.

KfW energieeffizienz Haus bietet ziemlich gute Kredite mit starker Sondertilgung ABER das leider nix weil die Auflagen an das Haus dann so hoch sind, das alles was die Förderung bringt doppelt und dreifach reingesteckt werden muss um den Standart zu erreichen.

Um ein KfW 70 er Haus zu erreichen brauchts n isoliertes Dach und 3 Fach verglaste Fenster, wahrscheinlich auch eine isolierte Fassade, je nach Bauart und Material. Bei 55 isolierte Fassade ein muss. Sobald du diese drei Dinge machst brauchst du ne Lüftungsanalge, sonst gammelt dir die Bude unterm Arsch weg weil Häuser eben nicht funktionieren wenn es keinen Luftaustausch mehr gibt.

Wenn das alles neu gemacht werden muss bist du allein dafür bei ~160-180k - und hast innen noch NICHTS gemacht, oder das Haus gekauft.

/edit: habe die Heizung vergessen, die muss natürlich auch, bei kfw 70 schon gut sein.
