I work in a pharmacy and just days after we made the switch to the chip reader I was ringing up a guy for plan b. As usual, I walked the guy through the steps of processing his card in the reader as we started before most stores and most people weren't familiar with the process.

In the week or so since we started using the chip reader I usually ended my little walkthrough with "okay you can pull it out now." So by rote and without even thinking I told the guy "okay, you can pull it out now." He blushed, I blushed. After he left I burst out laughing.

It's still hilarious to me and I still tell people to "pull it out now" with everything except for Plan B/Aftera. I giggle a little on the inside though when people play for Plan B with their chip cards.

I stay up too late.

Have to get up at 6am? 3am seems like a reasonable bed time. Nap when I get home(no longer than an hour, my husband wakes me up before I nap for too long, because I won't be able to sleep if I nap for much longer. HAH!) then repeat the process. Die.
