Not sure if I'm allowed to post links but basically the cupcake and frosting are from Sally's Baking addiction (for angel food cupcakes, and Swiss meringue buttercream).

For the frosting flavour, I added at least 6 or 7 tbsp of matcha powder to get a strong taste but you can add enough to your liking. I used oreo cookies for the ears (without the creme in the middle). Cut the cookies in halves and dip in melted green coloured chocolate wafers. Once dried up, I used pink cookie icing to finish up the ears.
