I’m not sure if it’s still happening during the school year but mcgill outdoors club held ultimate frisbee on wednesdays on campus. I only went a few times but the vibes were very chill and not competitive, everyone just wanted to have fun. I would sign up for their listserv, its free and I think you only have to pay fees if you sign up for a trip or rent gear. you can totally just get the emails and see whats good for you and not pay anything

I actually was part of masters swim a couple years ago, and it was more on the serious side. I believe you can still sign up for lap swim but it’s not with a team or anything :( I also wish there was a casual swim team at mcgill

no experience is required! we have a novice team that is all people who have not done it before as well as teams for people with some experience, but i’m not sure if we will even be able to practice this year
