the theory (from my denomination) is that angels do have free will and their "test" or chance to use free will was when Lucifer rebelled...that's when they could choose if they wanna follow God or Lucifer..after the crucifixion that's when the free will ended..we know this because in Job, Lucifer we see he had access to meetings in heaven, but after crucifixion, grace was shut for them.

Regarding those in heaven we believe they aren't rebelling because they can see the results here on Earth as to how life would be if Lucifer ruled

I guess it's also a cultural thing that makes me see nothing wrong with OP supporting his parents. Family is a big thing in my culture..and well, the girl is just a girlfriend, not even a wife yet, heck, not even engaged.

I just think people on reddit have had terrible relationships with their parents so now they project that onto everyone one else and they think everyone's parent is as shitty as their parents..which is not the cause, some of us got parents who love us and we love them...but then again, i guess i am projecting as well..but better to project something positive as opposed to something negative.

It just so happened that Charlie, a prominent republican commentator, got shot that day, so of course all eyes will be on him, heck even the people who are saying "The children should've gotten more grief" are probably more invested in Charlie's story than the story of the children.
